What happens if a tenant stops paying?
We act immediately: proper notices served on time, payment plans where they make sense, and guidance through the Landlord and Tenant Board process if it comes to that. Most arrears are resolved before they become filings because we address them on day one, not day thirty.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. Management is month to month with 60 days notice. We keep clients by performing, not by trapping them in agreements.
